These Terms of Service govern all purchases made on maisonsvea.com, operated by Maison Svea.

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Product photographs are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item. Maison Svea shall not be held liable for minor discrepancies.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed at checkout in your local currency. Maison Svea reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. Order confirmation constitutes a binding purchase agreement. Maison Svea reserves the right to decline any order for legitimate reasons.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely online via credit card or other available payment methods through Shopify Payments.

6. Shipping

Tracked standard shipping costs €3.90 and is free on orders of €34.90 or more; delivery takes 6 to 10 business days. Priority delivery (3 to 6 business days) is available for €10.90 in France and the European Union. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, you may request order cancellation and a full refund.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping is free. Contact us at contact@maisonsvea.com to initiate a return.

8. Warranty

All products are covered by our quality guarantee. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or full refund.
