What are your products made of?
Most of our collection uses stainless steel or titanium steel with 18K gold or silver plating. Some pieces use copper, alloy, or zinc alloy. Every product page lists the exact materials. See all our materials →
Is the gold real?
Our pieces feature 18K gold plating over base metals — primarily stainless steel. It gives you the warmth and color of gold without the price of solid gold.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Stainless steel and titanium steel pieces are highly resistant to tarnishing and won’t cause skin discoloration. Copper, alloy, and zinc alloy pieces require more care to maintain their finish — check the product page for specifics.
Can I wear it in the shower?
Stainless steel pieces (especially PVD-plated ones) are water-resistant and safe for daily showers. Titanium steel pieces should avoid prolonged water exposure. Copper, alloy, and textile pieces should be kept dry. Check the product page for your specific piece.
Is it hypoallergenic?
Stainless steel and titanium steel are hypoallergenic. If you have metal sensitivities, choose pieces with these base materials.
How do I find my ring size?
Wrap a strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimeters. Match to our chart: Size 5 = 49mm, Size 6 = 52mm, Size 7 = 54mm, Size 8 = 57mm, Size 9 = 60mm, Size 10 = 63mm, Size 11 = 65mm. Between sizes? Go up.
What if I order the wrong size?

Are bracelets adjustable?
Most of our bracelets are one-size-fits-most — chain bracelets have adjustable clasps, stretch bracelets flex to fit, and cuffs can be gently adjusted. Check the product page for sizing details on each piece.
