Refund Policy

At Maison Svea, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@maisonsvea.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions. Return shipping is free — we'll provide a prepaid label.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Let us know in your return email and we'll send the new item as soon as we receive your return. If the replacement is a different price, we'll adjust accordingly.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@maisonsvea.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.

European Union Consumers

If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, for any reason. This is in addition to our 30-day return policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
