Shipping Policy

Tracked standard shipping costs €3.90 and is free on orders of €34.90 or more. 

Where we ship

We currently deliver to France, the European Union and the United States. If no shipping rate appears at checkout for your address, we do not ship to that destination yet. Email us at contact@maisonsvea.com and we will let you know when we do.

Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. The delivery windows below start once your order has been dispatched, not when you place it.

Standard delivery — free

free from €34.90: 6 to 10 business days, fully tracked. 

Express delivery — €10.90

3 to 6 business days, fully tracked. Select it at checkout. 

 

Tracking

A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can also follow your order from your account. If you have not received tracking 48 hours after ordering, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number.

Duties and taxes

Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These are set and collected by your country's customs authority, not by Maison Svea, and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if tracking shows no movement for an extended period, email us at contact@maisonsvea.com with your order number and, where relevant, a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Return shipping is free, we provide a prepaid label. Full details are in our Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, in addition to our 30-day policy.
