Return Policy

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.

Conditions

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn and in its original packaging.
• Any damaged or incomplete item will not be accepted.

Procedure

1. Contact us by email with your order number.
2. We will send you the return instructions within 48 hours.
3. Send the item back to the address provided (return shipping costs are at your expense).

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the item, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the payment method used during the order.

Exceptions

Personalized items are not eligible for return.
