Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Conditions

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn and undamaged
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Sale items or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange

How to make a return?

1. Contact us by email at victorpessard@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return
2. We will send you the return instructions within 48 hours
3. Ship the item to the address provided (return shipping costs are at your expense)

Refund

Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used during the order.
