Terms of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Sale apply to all sales concluded on the Svea website between the company and any consumer ("the Customer").

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes. Svea reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in effect on the day of the order.

Article 3 — Orders

The Customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart and validates the order after accepting these Terms of Sale. The order is final upon receipt of payment.

Article 4 — Delivery

Products are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. The delivery time is 10 to 15 business days for mainland France.

Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.

Article 6 — Returns

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact us by email before returning the product. Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense. The refund will be made within 14 days following receipt of the return.
