These Terms of Sale govern all transactions made on the 2000's Market online store.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of jewelry and accessories offered by 2000's Market.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) including all taxes. 2000's Market reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order validation.

3. Orders

Any order implies acceptance of these Terms of Sale. Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of the prices and terms of sale.

4. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are: credit card and PayPal.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are given as an indication. The average delivery time is 10 to 20 business days. 2000's Market cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal
