Track Your Order

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

How to track my package?

1. Open the shipping confirmation email you received
2. Click on the tracking link or copy your tracking number
3. Go to the carrier's website to track your package in real time

Delivery Times

• Mainland France: 10 to 15 business days
• Europe: 12 to 20 business days
• International: 15 to 25 business days

I didn't receive a tracking email

If you haven't received your tracking email within 5 business days after your order, check your spam folder first. If the issue persists, contact us at victorpessard@gmail.com with your order number.

My package is late

The times indicated are estimates. In case of significant delay (more than 30 days), contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
